I used to think homeware was for squares. Now give me a new loo brush and I’m in ecstasy. My descent into Worryingly Domesticatedness reached new levels this Christmas.
I got some lovely things for Christmas, but my standout present wasn’t the home spa set (lovely but straight in the drawer of stuff I will use One Day). It was a tablecloth. Is it because having children fulfils you so you no longer desire material things? Or is it because they pong out the loo, so cleaning products have become an obsession?
